I spent every summer through school on a flooring crew. I started out sweeping up grinder dust and worked my way up to running the machines, and that's where I learned how much of a good floor gets decided before anyone opens a can of coating. Once I'd learned the trade from the ground up, I started this business here in Kokomo in 2017.

I care most about the part of the job you can't see once the floor is down, which is the prep and the testing. A coating is only as good as the concrete under it, so I come out myself to look at your floor and test the slab, and I'm on the job with our crew through the prep and coating. I'd rather tell you a slab isn't ready than put down a floor that won't hold up.
